Don’t I already have a warranty through my insurance company and the roofing company who installed my roof? The roofing company that installed your roof will most likely offer a 5 or 10 year “workmanship warranty.” Workmanship warranty coverage varies company to company, but these typically cover issues caused by improper installation on the part of the roofing company. A naturally occurring leak (tree limb fall, small animal, etc.) would only be covered by Texas Roof Warranty. Your homeowner’s insurance does cover damages and leaks caused by natural disasters tied to a single “date of loss.” Leaks caused by normal wear and tear are typically not covered by a homeowner’s policy. Additionally, most homeowner’s policies have a deductible equal to at least 1% of the home value - leaving homeowners responsible for repairs that can add up to thousands of dollars.
-
Is there any limit to what you will cover? All leaks under $7,500 are covered under our warranty with no copay or deductible.

What is the catch? There is no catch. Our goal is to offer a seamless and affordable way to fix roof leaks without unexpected expenses. However, interior repairs to paint and drywall etc. are not covered with this warranty. Other stand-alone structures such as a detached garage would require their own warranty to be covered.
