2. "Pay a one time annual fee"
"Texas Roof Warranty eliminates unexpected and expensive roof repairs. As a member of the Texas Roof Warranty program any unexpected roof event will be addressed.

3. "Rest easy knowing you are covered for whatever comes your way"
"If you have a leak, report it to us and we will repair it according to manufacturer installation guidelines within 2 days. No out-of-pocket expense like a deductible or copay. No annual limit on service calls, all leaks are covered for the duration of the warranty."
